On the science side, it's all about objective, hard data – I help companies figure out where they stand, what to focus on, and what KPIs to track over time by using data-driven insights to drive strategy. Think peer benchmarking, climate risks and materiality assessments, keeping tabs on your carbon and water footprint, and establishing data management systems to track progress. 

The art part is a bit more subjective. I navigate the twists and turns of organizational change management by establishing executive alignment on the vision for sustainability, building relationships by listening with empathy, and helping leaders connect the dots between sustainability and business imperatives.
